ReplyDeleteJD's earthy, dirge-like bass line, juxtaposed with the ethereal synth and chimes is absolutely haunting. Tough call though...
ReplyDeleteYes. I like how this game, unlike the other, which is a matchup of unlikes, really turns the screw. Certainly the underdog factor is hard to ignore, as is the raucous Low crowd, who've been razzing Peter Hook the whole game. Quite close at the half in the aggregate polls (we combine the twitter vote and the blog vote). Joy Division by 2 (55-53) just before the half, if you're wondering. Unfortunately our score ticker doesn't automatically update to the minute; a goal for next year. Put out the word to likeminded peeps to vote, since this one should come down to the buzzer.
